As part of their Autumn topic, our Early Years pupils have been getting hands-on in the kitchen by baking their very own hedgehog bread!
The children carefully weighed, kneaded and rolled the dough before using scissors to snip spikes into their hedgehog-shaped buns. This fun activity helped develop their baking skills while bringing their learning to life.
The best part of all was tasting their delicious creations at the end. The hedgehog bread was a big hit, and there were lots of happy smiles all around. Yum!
