We have made some amendments to our uniform policy that will be applicable from September 2025 onwards:

Children will wear grey trousers, skirt or pinafore only and not black.

Tartan skirt and pinafore available from September via Lollipops - these are optional only.

Lollipops pop-up shop will be in school in the Summer term - dates to follow.

 

Our main school uniform is as follows:  

  • White shirt - not polo shirt
  • Grey/black trousers, skirt or pinafore (no summer dresses until the Summer term)  
  • Royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan ** 
  • School tie ** (Year 6 children are given their special tie)  
  • Plain black shoes (not running trainers) 
  • Plain socks/tights 
  • No jewellery or earrings (watches are acceptable) 
  • No nail varnish 
  • Long hair is to be tied back in a sensible bow/bobble – no oversized bows please. 
  • Blue school book bag

** Please note, only ties are available from school. Trousers, skirts, shirts and summer dresses can be purchased from most supermarkets.

PE Kit

This includes:  

  • an indoor/outdoor PE kit of plain black, non-branded shorts/cycling shorts, plain black, non-branded leggings or tracksuit bottoms,  
  • a plain black, non-branded hoodie/tracksuit jacket (this does not need to have our school logo on it but it must be plain and non-branded) 
  • a St Bega's blue sport's t-shirt  
  • Plimsolls or trainers

All items of uniform, coats and sports kit should be labelled with each child’s name. 

If children forget to wear their kit or have any branded items, we will contact parents for suitable clothes to be brought in. If this is not possible, we have purchased spare kit that they can change into.
